Cambridge Pre-Packaged Column Kit Cap & Hat

Enhance your column installation with the Cambridge Pre-Packaged Column Kit Cap & Hat—a dual-option finishing system designed for use with the Cambridge Column Kit (featuring MaytRx® 6 Wall Units) and adaptable to other column applications. This system requires no cutting or splitting for a seamless installation.

For a refined finish, the “Cap” is assembled from four specially engineered units, each measuring 12½” x 12½”, which combine to form a 25″ x 25″ cap with a 3″ thickness, weighing a total of 144 lbs. When installed, the cap creates an attractive 1½” reveal around a 22″ x 22″ column.

To achieve a more dimensional, top-finish look, an optional “Hat” is available. Constructed from four custom-made 10″ x 10″ units, the assembled hat measures 20″ x 20″ x 3″ and weighs 92 lbs. The hat is designed to be centered atop the cap, creating the popular “cap and a hat” column top design.

Both the Cap and Hat are offered in Split Face and Renaissance Stone textures in a range of color options—including Onyx/Natural, Toffee/Onyx, Sahara/Chestnut, and Ruby/Onyx—that complement Cambridge Wall Systems and Cambridge Pavingstones with ArmorTec® technology.

For added convenience, the Column Kit Cap and optional Hat units can be packaged together with the Cambridge Column Kit on one pallet or purchased separately, making them an ideal finishing touch for your Long Island hardscape projects.
