The Cambridge Fully-Assembled Olde English Pizza Oven delivers authentic brick oven flavor to Long Island backyards. This wood-fired oven is built with Olde English Wall and accented with Cambridge Bullnose trim, featuring an arched design over the wood storage compartment and two bands of granite tiles on all four sides. The firebrick-lined chamber ensures even heat distribution, while the special cooking stone floor eliminates the need to rotate pizzas.

Designed for easy setup, this oven arrives in two fully-assembled sections that can be put together in under an hour on a poured concrete pad. A vented damper allows precise temperature control, and stainless steel components, including a chimney liner, termination cap, and spark screen, enhance durability. The included professional quality care and cooking package features pizza peels, an oven rake, an ash shovel, a copper-bristled brush, and a wall-mounted peel rack.

Measuring 7′ 8″ high, 4′ 11 1/2″ wide, and 3′ 7 3/4″ deep, this oven is available in two color combinations. A built-in thermometer and stainless steel doors complete the setup, making it easy to craft restaurant-quality pizzas, fresh-baked bread, and roasted dishes right in your own backyard.
